Nollywood actor Stan Nze has penned a heartfelt message to his wife, actress Blessing Obasi, as they celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary.

Sharing a video of himself and his wife in vacation, on his Instagram page, he reflected on the simplicity of love and the intentional choices that keep a marriage strong.

Stan Nze noted that love does not have to be complicated, explaining that it is often found in casual moments made special, in choosing to smile on chaotic days, and in making excuses for a partner because they are only human.

He also spoke about fighting clean to preserve the integrity of the union, and choosing the one person who complements you in ways only you understand.

He wrote:
"Love doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it's just in the casual moments that you decide to make special. Sometimes it's choosing to smile in the most chaotic day. Sometimes it's the times we choose to make excuses for our partner because we acknowledge that they are only human and are not perfect. Sometimes it's choosing to fight but fighting clean so as to preserve the integrity of your union. Sometimes it's in choosing that 1 person that just complements you in ways that only you understand. Sometimes it's just choosing Love. 5 years and counting, I still choose you my love @blessingjessicaobasi."

The Nigerian Voice recalls that the couple celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on September 11. In a romantic video shared on social media, the celebrity couple penned sweet words to each other, as they renewed their marital vows.

Stan Nze and Blessing Obasi got married in 2021 and are blessed with a son, Jayden, born in October 2023.
