Toyin Abraham Unveils Pete Edochie As First Cast In 'Bestie'

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has officially commenced the unveiling of casts ahead of her December theatrical release 'Bestie'.

In a post on her Instagram page on Monday, the box office queen, unveiled veteran actor Pete Edochie as the first cast, disclosing that the legendary actor will play the character of Papa Ngozi in the film.

Abraham expressed excitement about having Edochie on board, describing him as a legend and the greatest of all time. She shared a clip of the actor in character and urged fans to anticipate the movie's release in cinemas on December 16.

She wrote:

Toyin Abraham, on Friday, September 11, announced that the first cast unveiling for 'Bestie' would take place on Monday. In a post shared on her Instagram page, she teased fans with an anticipation video and asked if they were ready for what is coming. She described the film as different from her previous projects and urged her followers to anticipate something extraordinary.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Toyin Abraham announced her upcoming project on Friday, September 4, via a video showcasing her previous theatrical releases, including 'Ijakumo: The Born Again Stripper', 'Malaika', 'Alakada: Bad and Boujee', and 'Oversabi Aunty'.
