Temitope Osoba Finally Laid To Rest In Ogun State 

Nollywood actress Temitope Osoba has been laid to rest in Iperu Remo, Ogun State, bringing an end to weeks of mourning and anticipation.

The actress was buried on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Iperu Remo Cemetery, with tears flowing freely as family, friends, and colleagues gathered to bid her farewell.

A video from the burial ceremony captured the emotional moment her remains were committed to the earth.

The ceremony was attended by her family members, friends, and some Nollywood stars, including Kunle Afod, Joke Jigan, Basira Badia, and Foluke Daramola.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that the death of Temitope Osoba was made public on August 4 by her colleague, Alesh Ola Sanni, on Instagram.

The family had initially postponed the burial, which was scheduled for August 13, to allow for further arrangements following the candlelight and artiste night held in her honour.

However, on Monday, September 7, the family announced a new burial date for Thursday, September 10, with the service scheduled to hold at Akesan Club, opposite Iperu Morning Market, beginning at 10:00 am, followed by interment at Iperu Remo Cemetery.
