Nollywood actress and producer Ruth Kadiri has debunked a false rumour circulating online about her death.
In a video shared on her social media page, she expressed sadness over the lengths some individuals go to spread harmful content on social media.
Kadiri pleaded with her followers to help report any page carrying the false news, emphasising that she is alive. She noted that she stays in her lane and does not bother anyone, urging the public to leave her alone.
Visibly frustrated, the movie star described the situation as tiring and sad.
She said:
"I am alive!! Please help me report. Please, I'm begging you, help me report it!! Any page that carries such news. I am really sad at the extent to which some people will go on this social media space to hurt and wish death on another person. I stay in my lane. Leave me alone. I beg you all. It's really becoming tiring and sad."
