Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has shared a message urging people to guard their mental space from social media noise and stay focused.
The post comes shortly after his wife, actress Mo Bimpe, addressed critics over her viral interaction with actor Jide Awobona at the premiere of Folagade Banks 'A Mama Deola Wedding Story'.
Mo Bimpe had dismissed speculations surrounding the video, clarifying that the conversation was a normal exchange between friends and should not have been misconstrued. She emphasised that her marriage to Adedimeji is built on trust and respect, not insecurity, and noted that her husband is a secure man who does not feel threatened by casual interactions.
Following the public scrutiny, Adedimeji took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to share his thoughts on maintaining focus and mental peace.
He wrote:
