Funke Akindele Collaborates With Cast On Soundtrack For 'The Four'

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has released the official soundtrack, "Ore Mi," for her upcoming cinema movie, 'The Four'.

The track, which was produced by Tyanx, features her co-stars Waje, Bisola Aiyeola, and Chioma Chukwuka, who are also part of the film's cast.

Akindele shared the official poster of the soundtrack on her Instagram page on Tuesday, describing the song as personal and familiar, inspired by the folktale feeling of storytelling through music.

She noted that the track celebrates themes of friendship, love, and the bond they share.

She wrote:
"Bisola, Waje, Chioma and I did a thing. We got into the studio to create one of the soundtracks for The Four, and we wanted to make something that felt personal and familiar. Something with that beautiful folktale feeling we grew up with, telling stories through music, especially stories of friendship, love and the bond we share. Funke Akindele is gearing up for the release of her highly anticipated movie, 'The Four', which is set to hit cinemas globally on December 11, 2026.

The movie features a star-studded cast including Waje, Chioma Akpotha, Bisola Aiyeola, Lateef Adedimeji, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Timini Egbuson, Uzor Arukwe, and many others.

She announced the project across her social media pages on Monday August 10, 2026, with a captivating promotional campaign titled "Blockbuster Relay 2026."
