Nollywood actor-turned-pastor, Bayegun Oluwatoyin, popularly known as Woli Arole, has advised content creators to seize the moment and leverage trending topics to grow their brands.
In a post on his Instagram page on Thursday, he pointed to the ongoing Ajo controversy as a prime example of how clean and pure content can trend without relying on vulgarity or sensationalism.
Arole urged creators to position their brands and products around the current conversation, describing it as a season of opportunity.
He wrote:
"Let me give you free masterclass. If you're a content creator this is your TIME, talk about what is trending. AJO is trending globally. Maximize this season. Position your brand, your product and your content to this SEASON. Say 'Thank you Dr Arole'."
His advice comes amid the widespread humorous trend sparked by the Ajo dispute involving singer Ola Best, which has seen celebrities like Yinka Ayefele and many others join the conversation.
Arole had earlier called out Ola Best after the singer reportedly relocated to Canada, leaving his Ajo contributions unfulfilled.
