Billionaire businessman and real estate mogul Mohammed Odeh Adah, better known as King Ochacho, has described the N400 million mansion he gifted to TikTok star Peller and his wife, Jarvis, as "small money."
The businessman made the remark during a TikTok livestream on Monday, just two days after the couple's lavish wedding in Lagos.
Ochacho said the amount is too small to even count in his books or his children's, adding that it is "just 400 Naira" as far as he is concerned.
He also noted that Peller has a good heart and that whenever they give, God replenishes and restores double.
He further declared that the N400 million mansion would be the smallest gift he ever gives to Peller, promising that the next one would be even bigger.
He said:
"400 million is no money. 400 million is just 400 Naira as far as Ice King, Money Man, Ochacho is concerned. It's small money to them. You guys decided to do that, right?"
"Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give."
"Let me tell you the truth. That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I'm going to give to Peller. The next one I'll give to Peller, they will off light in this country. They shouldn't worry. That house is going to be the smallest gift I'll give to him."
The Nigerian Voice recalls that Ochacho had presented the mansion to Peller and Jarvis during their white wedding on August 1, 2026, after being inspired by his children's admiration for the TikTok star.
