Falz Urges Youths To Marry In 30s, Cites Emotional And Financial Maturity 

Nigerian singer and activist Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has advised young people to consider waiting until their 30s before getting married.

Speaking in a recent interview, the rapper argued that marriage requires a level of emotional and financial maturity that many individuals in their 20s have not yet developed.

According to Falz, people in their 20s are still discovering themselves and building their careers, which can make it difficult to sustain a healthy marriage. He suggested that waiting allows individuals to better understand themselves and their partners, reducing the likelihood of rushed decisions or divorce.

He also noted that societal pressure often pushes young people into marriage prematurely, leading to avoidable challenges.

Falz further emphasized that marriage is a serious commitment that should not be entered into lightly. He encouraged young people to focus on personal growth, career development, and financial stability before making such a significant decision.
