This dreaded pandemic of our time cannot quarantine activists' ideas and pens as by the Grace of the Almighty God we are experiencing life, just that many waves of panic when cases are been updated. As Justice Alexander Osei Tutu said, "concentrating on legal issues at this crucial period is virtually an impossible task when survival remains our utmost priority”.

This notwithstanding, we will be writing the mid-semester examinations after this forced break has become a must for all students to learn since this epidemic shall definitely depart soon.

In the beginning, was a "word". A word of an alleged "coronavirus" with a code name "CoVid-19". On March 11, 2020, WHO officially labelled it a pandemic due to the global spread and severity of the disease.

On March 12, 2020, the Health Minister Kwaku Agyeman-Manu confirm the first two cases on Thursday night, announcing that both Individuals entered Ghana from Norway where our president recently visited.

On 16th March 2020, the Government imposed the ban in all public gatherings - conferences, funerals, festivals, Political rallies, Church Services, Islamic Services among others, until further notice. Universities were shut down including Kings University College.

Before this pandemic, the KUC SRC has sketched out an SRC week celebration, aiming to entertain and educate the student populace. It seems this kindergarten poem infra has installed in every SRC so far as our universities are concerned - All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy - meaning, academics without an SRC week celebration makes students become dull. How?

This SRC week celebration has become mediocre of inflating budgets in other to enrich the SRC executives.

Thank God this terror "CoVid-19" has to force most SRC week celebrations to be in hibernated, - Every misfortune is a blessing in disguise. At least our SRC dues will gain a rescue as all social gatherings are bounded.

What is the SRC doing to help students as the mid-semester examinations are awaiting whiles our school has not enrolled out any online learning strategies to help students catch up with all lost times?

This is the crucial time to see and feel worthy of the 2019/2020 KUC SRC, the 360 agenda. At least bringing pragmatic measures to helping students as they have been quarantined in their various houses will be laudable.

Much more expectations covered what seemed to be only a rumour then.

...trusting KARMA or words that existed before time couldn't have been any wiser but yet again... "you will reap what you sow” has proven to be a study law of attraction. Remember PUSAG presidential ambition you have, Her Excellency.

Whoever sees what is good before his eyes and fails to appreciate it is evil. No good could be said about whoever sees what is wrong before his eyes and fails to rebuke.

In fact my SRC, our SRC will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.

I join Honourable Staph call - SRC! SRC!! SRC!!! This is the time to engage students and come out with innovative ways to solve our problem. SRC please do something before your term expires!

I will be back in a jiffy.

Remember the writer is a Student, Youth, Political and Judicial Activist and also a level 200 LLB student of Kings University College.
