Sir,as you rightly know, education is one key thing that can never be overlooked whether in developing or developed nations. As a matter of fact, for every nation to develop, then it means that education should be their topmost priority. It is always said that the youths of the country are our future leaders and as a matter of fact, the education of these supposed future leaders is one that requires a lot of competent ,tireless and skilled personnel. It is in view of this fact that I want to pour out my heart felt sorrows to you in order for you to address them as required.

Sir, we all know that it is due to the reasons above that the various colleges of education were set up. These colleges of education trains diploma teaches ranging from early childhood through to the primary and to the junior high school as well. It is also pertinent to note that there are some universities in the country such as the University of Cape Coast, University for Development Studies as well as the University of Education Wineba who also trains these same category of teachers .

There is no clear distinction between the teacher trainee student and the students from these three universities who are also into education. Just like the teacher trainees, the education students in the university also study courses such as early childhood, basic education among others and during their third year, these university students are compelled to go outside the school campus and undergo what is known as the "Out Programme" just like their colleagues in the teacher training colleges.

Aside all these, when the time for posting is due, the ministry without much hesitation post only the teacher trainees leaving behind those in the universities meanwhile they all studied the same thing and there are some instances where the university students have proven to be more capable and experienced better than the teacher trainees.

Sir, this is the time, all eyes are on you and you can't afford to fail these broken hearted students. Even if you can't post all of them, kindly give out a quota of the the postings to these university students because what is good for the goose is also good for the gander.... Thank you very much Sir

Kwame Asante.
Techiman.
