Where Are The Real Men?

If you are a lady reading this piece and you have ever come across a man who is not your relative, yet he helped you by sponsoring your education, bought something precious for you, gave you money, connected you to a job or did something of worth for you without asking you for sex or relationship in return, then I think you should erect a bill board in your heart with the inscription “Mr. Hero” for him. Yes, he is a hero, because such men are as scarce as the sale of pork in a Zongo market.

One fascinating truth which most ladies are yet to discover is that the word “FREE” doesn’t exist in the dictionary of most men in their relations with ladies. Everything done by a 21st century man to a lady comes with a hidden agenda. Their smiles and handshakes are not for free. They will initially do everything for you willingly. Some will become the most sanctimonious good news preachers who bombard you with Godly messages daily; however, behind every message is their hidden hypocritical, egoistic and self-centered array of ulterior motives.

And within a spasmodic stroll of time, the calls and messages begin to drop like “Al Qaeda” bombs with requests such as “could we meet in a hotel for a chat?”, “Could we go out?”, "could I be your second father?" could I give you a name I prefer to call you?" etc. At that very moment, you don’t need a Jerusalem prophet to tell you what he is arriving at.

The truth of the matter is that, some men are not being fair to ladies; at the time they have all what it takes to help a young lady, they cease the opportunity to cage them with unholy terms and conditions, and it may take the help of the Holy Spirit for a lady to get her way out freely.

Frankly speaking, anytime I see pretty and naturally endowed ladies occupying sensitive offices or employed in lucrative jobs in the face of this diabolic high unemployment rate, I am tempted to feel the ordeal they went through before getting to those offices or employments.

If you are a man who always offers help to ladies with the condition that you have sex or date them, then I am sorry to inform you that Adulf Hitler might have been your distance father; yes, I mean you are very wicked. And also, if you are a lady who always exchange sex for a simple help from a man who you aren’t married to, I advise that you don’t search for the meaning of the word “CHEAP” because you may be the synonym.

Gone are the days when men would sacrifice their lives to protect women and the only reward they desired to receive was “thank you." But today, when a man offers a lady lift or buys a Nokia phone for her, the only appreciation he may accept is she opening her legs so he could satisfy his animalistic sexual libido.

Gone are the days when men would pool resources to educate the girl child. Today, a man pays a lady's school fees or helps her through a vocation, and the only reward he expect is "nailing her to the cross"

So, I ask a simple question, where are the real men? The real men who will sacrifice their lives for ladies just for heavenly rewards? Where are the real men who will give great support to a lady without asking for anything in return? Where are the real men?

And to my dear ladies, be careful with some of the requests you make from men because the word “FREE” doesn't exist in their dictionaries when they are dealing with you. Everything comes with a hidden agenda. Shine your eyes, not with make ups but with diligence coupled with intelligence.
