Owner of Division One side Okyeman Planners FC, George Afriyie says his side's immediate aim is not to seal a premiership qualification adding their premiership dream will come to reality in three years time.
The Akyem Tafo-based club defied all odds to qualify from Division Two to Division One as they are on course in making a name for themselves in Ghana football.
But the President who doubles as the Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, George Afriyie has opined that his side will be ripe for a Premier League qualification in three years time.
'It depends on what the target is. Securing qualification means you need to put a lot of structure in place. Playing in the Premier League requires that you meet certain standards. So if we want to play in the Premier League, we first need to consider the structures,' George said.
'For now, we are looking at playing in the DOL for at least three years before thinking about the Premiership. We don't want to just qualify for the Premier League and go back. We need to be there and stay. That is what we are working for,' he added.
