Accra, Oct.22 GNA- Mr Ibrahim Alabira, an Educationist and Proprietor of the Tamale-based Sawaba Computer Training School, on Thursday filed his nomination to contest the Mion Parliamentary Seat on the ticket of the Convention People's Party (CPP) in Election 2004. Confident looking Mr Alabira told the Ghana News Agency on Friday that he was sure of winning the parliamentary seat in the Yendi District of the Northern Region.
" I would not contest an election I know I am not going to win. I have been a Member of Parliament for the Constituency before and I can articulate their development concerns much better," he said.
