Accra, May 30, GNA - Scores of drivers and passengers were on Friday subjected to unusual heavy vehicular traffic in some parts of Accra, especially on routes leading to and from the Central Business District.
The Ghana News Agency observed that some of the affected streets were Labone junction to Circle, La to Accra, Osu, Kanda, El wak to Kawukudi, 37 Military Hospital, Dansoman to Accra, roads linked to Independence Square, National Theatre, High Street and Tudu.
Some passengers the GNA spoke to, alluded the heaviness of the traffic to some roadblocks around Movenpick Hotel due to the ECOWAS summit. GNA EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE
