Francis Narh is confident Banik Ostrava will avoid relegation

Banik Ostrava Ghanaian striker Francis Narh says he no doubts about his side's ability to preserve their Premier League status by avoiding relegation.

Ostrava are rooted at the bottom of the table, one point adrift of safety with nine games left to play this season.

But six of those matches are against teams in the bottom half of the table, meaning they must fight hard to make the most of their remaining matches.

Narh was an unused substitute during their goalless draw at fellow strugglers Bohemians 1905 on Friday.

“I'm convinced that we will avoid relegation because we've developed in the few days,” he said.

“The team is growing together and that is what makes me sure that we can avoid relegation.

“I get the feeling here that everybody knows that and everybody sleeps well with the knowledge there are games ahead of us we can win.”

The former Tema Youth man is yet to cement his position in the team  since joining last month.
