Prof Justice A. K. P. Kludze Hohoe, Oct. 7, GNA - Professor Anselmus K. P. Kludze, 79, a retired Supreme Court Judge, has passed on.
Mr Hilla Kujo Awumey, nephew of Prof Kludze, told the GNA that he was pronounced dead when he was rushed to the Hohoe Government Hospital complaining of difficulty to breath.
He said he passed on at about 0500 hours on Sunday after attempts to revive him failed, two weeks after returning home from a visit abroad.
The body of the deceased has been conveyed to the 37 Military Hospital for autopsy.
The funeral of the late law lecturer and reformer would be announced later.
Prof. Kludze left behind a wife, four daughters and a son, Dr Ave Kludze, a rocket engineer working with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in the United States.
