Samsung Ghana has partnered Standard Chartered Bank as part of efforts to satisfy the needs of valued customers who want to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S4.
The partnership has introduced a flexible payment plan that will enable customers to purchase the Smartphone and pay in instalments over a period of 6 to 12 months.
Customers, who want to access the new payment plan, should visit any authorized Samsung shop and fill the required form by providing the needed information for legibility.
Standard Chartered Bank will send a notification of approval with a secure PIN to the customer to receive the device from any Samsung authorized shop.
The payment plan, which is opened to all salaried customers who have current partnership with the bank, requires no down-payment or processing fee.
'This is our way of showing that we understand Ghanaians and to reiterate our commitment to making the GALAXY S4 available to all customers irrespective of their financial status,' Jaspreet Singh, Business Leader for Handheld Products at Samsung Ghana said.
He added that Samsung understands the African market and would continue to make the lives of customers better through innovative technology.
Mr. Singh said, 'Samsung has introduced several value services and packages for owners of the genuine Samsung GALAXY S4 to maximize the buyer experience and ensure customers have real value for their money.'
He noted that the Accident Damage from Handling (ADH) is another package, which protects the device from accidental damage during normal use.
He said the service covers screen repairs and liquid damage repairs to S4 devices that are damaged within the 24 month warranty period.
He noted that customers should register on e-Warranty platform by texting the registration number to short code 1453 to activate the ADH service on the device.
