Lawyer David Annan who is counsel for Justice Kpegah has assured they will be back in court to prosecute the impersonation allegations they have filed against the New Patriotic Party flag-bearer Nana Akufo-Addo.
Annan said the case which his client Justice Kpegah has affectionately described as the “thriller in Manilla”, will be on in two weeks.
His promise comes after a High Court threw out the case brought before it by the former Supreme Court justice for lack of evidence.
But hours after the ruling was given, counsel for the Justice Kpegah, David Annan said they will be back, “maximum two weeks” .
He said the judge “assumed that because they had not filed their affidavits in time for her to consider itshe had to rule on the matter.
“And that is the only basis. So once of course we come back they should bring the same motion and see if they will succeed.”
He said even though they did not file affidavits they still won on two grounds with Nana Addo's lawyers winning just one.
But Counsel for Nana Addo said the case is not a football match for one team to score two goals and concede one.
Godfred Dame told Joy News, David Annan and his client can continue to delude themselves.

David Annan should stay away from Justice Kpegah. The demented old man would destroy Annan's already frayed legal reputation.
