The new software platform, dubbed 'PROMOBILE', has been launched by Promustard Solutions Ghana, a local enterprise software solutions provider, targeting business entities, NGOs, government and research organizations.

The platform can also be used to undertake marketing research, client feedback and other related surveys.

“With a mobile handset, businesses and organizations of all kinds can now send text or recorded voice messages in any languages to their clients”, he explained. “Organizations who require feedback from their clients can also use the platform. This is where questions are sent in any language to clients on their mobile phones for them to respond. Afterwards, we retrieve all the data response and plot them into a chart. This is a great tool for businesses to get first hand and immediate response for their customers”.
