An Accra Magistrate Court has imposed a fine of 360 Ghana cedis on a 20-year-old male gay prostitute.
Christian Boateng, a.k.a Jacqueline, was charged with soliciting or importuning prostitution. In default the convict would be imprisoned for four (4) months.
Boateng a few weeks ago dressed like a woman and was lurking in town looking for clients for prostitution but was arrested by the Dansoman Police when an alarm was raised.
During trial, Boateng pleaded guilty to the charges and was convicted on his own plea.
He appeared in court without his feminine attire revealing his true identity.
