AMAMOO'S WIDOWS MITE TO DOSSEY Black Stars second choice goalkeeper, William Amamoo, has donated US$ 10,000 to former Ghana international Ibrahim Dossey.
Dossey is in serious health conditions at a Romania hospital after a car accident last month.
The former Black Stars goalie was in a deep coma as after the accident he is now responding to treatment.
"Apart from Ibrahim being a goalkeeper like myself, he's been more than a friend and a mentor," Amamoo told Ghanasoccernet.com
"He's in a serious condition and that hurts a lot. I know my donation can help his family take care of his bills.
"It is not easy because it can happen to anyone at anytime. I?m in constant touch on his recovery and I pray for him."
Amamoo was voted the 2007 best goalkeeper in the Romanian Liga II side, Liberty Salonta, after keeping a clean sheet in 28 matches.
He is currently on loan at Egyptian Premier League side Etesalat after signing two-years with English Championship side Coventry City.
