Christian NGO to help solve Adaklu-Have water problem

The World Mission Outreach Fellowship International (WMOFI), a USA based Christian NGO, is to assist the people of Adaklu-Have in the Adaklu Anyigbe District with their perennial water problem.
The Fellowship, has promised to provide GH¢12,000 to enable the community to construct the needed facilities to tap potable water.
Pastor Paul Roberts, Founder and International Director of WMOFI, made the promise at a crusade organised by WMOFI at Adaklu-Have at the weekend.
He said it was the responsibility of the Church to assist in the provision of physical and spiritual needs of people.
Pastor Roberts admonished churches, which embarked on crusades solely for financial gains, to turn over a new leaf and assist communities with their basic needs.
Pastor Gideon Gogo, Country Director of WMOFI said the organization was also providing teaching and learning materials for over 100 orphans in basic schools in the area.
Mr. Simon Adama, an opinion leader in the community said trenches were being dug to lay pipes as part of the project and thanked the NGO for its support.
He appealed to non-resident citizens of the community to contribute financially towards the development of the community.
