Emergency Investigations for Gambian+ Journalists or the Caring?

My distant, grade 2, niece was sent home today 'due to tiny rains in Lamin Daranka Lower Basic School. I often said, I despise the average Africans on learning and working standards; plus selling and buying excuses to lower standards. The task is not just to investigate Daranka Lower Basic School, but a big chunk of public and private schools to test their determination or excuse oriented mindsets. Then you may headline: Gambia is where 60% of Public Schools , 40% of private Schools, and 70% of workplaces will refuse to learn and/or work due to tiny rains, while Asia and Europe Brace the snow+ to learn and create products to sell to under-learning and under-working Africans? The ironies include she went all the way to the school despite the rains, and they expect her type to walk through the tiny rains to play at home? If the parents are at work or careless illiterates, who will ascertain she studies? A victim who does not realise s/he is a victim is temporarily blind, but will s/he be raised blind or helped later as a test? A victim who knows but refuses to speak up is a dumb victim, likely to be punished or raised among the dumb. A culprit who is 'exhorted to truth' can learn or deserve any due hell for being defiant against truth. How many classes at Daranka and other schools were sent home and why did others stay, if any? Regardless of where The Gambia or Africa stands today, the caring adults and younger ones can choose better ways and change our reality. God loves us by giving us rain as smaller obstacles and giving them harder ice+ to test all? Does God 'hate' us by giving us questionable parents and leaders, or just to see if we can be better parents and bravely choose and demand better leaders? I fight for your children more than you who brought them in questionable ways and vote for questionable candidates?

Principals and Teachers: Stop being shortsighted journalists, blaming everything on the president or just the principal. Don't accuse me of giving passes to president Barrow, Tinubu, Mahama, or anyone, but what systems they failed to have to improve Schools and avoid such? Did the principal(s) make the decision out of pure raw desires or how many teachers were absent because they refused efforts? How many 'good' teachers refuse to tell the principal that these 'tiny rains should never amount to sending children home'? Well, without a strong culture of cameras, the trusted liars may win. Or are they guilty of illusions and we refuse to teach them, refuse to exhort them to the truth? What investigations can you do up to the education department, including recommendations?

Parents: If you send 100 to 1000 children home due to tiny rains, good parents should be outraged more than Jarga as just an uncle? If the principal received enough attacks from the parents and/or the parent education department, it won't repeat. Apparently, bad and questionable parents exist in the Gambia more than China and America on efforts? How many Gambian parents ascertain their kids go to school during small or even big rains? They are still guilty if they refuse to exhort the guilty parents to the truth, as per ch.103. You urge your governments towards more sensitization , you write on social media, you speak up at meetings with parents, etc. You see the careless parent who sells excuses for his absent child means missing lessons and unnecessarily dragging your child on the next week to next month lessons. We are interconnected.

Resisting Excuses: The rains are here with us and we cannot stop daylight rains. So we should learn how to live with nature, not just rain. Every government should recommend buying rain-coats, Africa may pay more because we sell and accept excuses on learning and working. .. China+ Brace the snow as teachers and students+, that is why they can manufacture things, not just babies. Even animals and atheists can make babies. However, when the Lord of Ihqrah (learning) and the Angels see who varyingly accepts learning and working in the two Easts, two Wests, no one can corrupt a just God.

Raining seasons are coming, we the good governments, good principals, are recommending you buy raincoats in respect of learning and working. Bad governments+ will say they can think, but you are not forbidden to recommend. The excuse oriented folks will claim no money, but you have money for marriage, sex, meat, expensive dresses, giving money to praise singers, cigarettes, colanuts endless watching funny videos, etc? It boils down to value and pressure. The good must pressure the bad or the bad will drown or delay the good.

If ten percent of your workforce failed to come, report or discipline them as principal or xyz. The students that are already there can see the reserve teachers or mandate an under cameras study. It will be much better than sending them home, where five percent may study.

It happens to be election time in the Gambia, what reforms are we ready to suggest beyond the education department? More than three times late in a month should mean 10% or xyz deduction from your salary, and at what point in a year should it mean dismissal? How many unnecessary absences like rain should we confront in which ways? Without penalties, we are encouraging bad culture/behaviours. Is there a presidential candidate who believes in mandatory education up to age 18 or 20? Can an independent institution help sensitize parents and confront guilty parents where need be? Is there a candidate who believes in researchers access store (RAS) or what measures towards higher learning and creating products?

When teachers, nurses, etc protest, guilty journalists fight with them , over sympathising, but when and how will you demand better services? Barrow gave a 50% raise to government workers and refused to demand even 10% better service? What systems and recommendations Barrow and the opposition leaders have to improve services? They want their votes, so they keep promising to 'raise salaries' for even bad workers?

Again, I am looking for candidates who will push for things like a strong culture of cameras to educate and punish where need be. We need more comprehensive reports of lates, absences, funny unnecessary excuses to countless cultural or sub-religious events, etc. Feel free to publish, but it is rush work for editorial tips. We need more conscientious parents, principals, leaders, etc. May God bless the trying Africans on character+ and proportionately curse the defiant guilty Africans and beyond.
