“If you wait for home to clap, you will die with cold hands.”- Abundant Robert K. AWOLUGUTU
The Cold Hands Story
Many talents died in Manyoro with cold hands. Not because Capernaum did not want to clap, but because they remained in Manyoro, waiting for Manyoro to clap.
Home may never clap. But cold hands cannot carve.
Learn to praise. Clap for your neighbour’s son whose performance is outstanding.
If you don’t, no one will clap for your son who excels in his examination. Praise gives strength to the carver. Silence kills dreams.
Cold hands cannot carve. Warm hands can.
Every Prophet Has Two Addresses
I was born in Manyoro. It is my address of birth. Capernaum is my address of worth.
Your birth address gives you a name. Your worth address gives you an assignment.
When Nazareth rejected Jesus, He did not stop His ministry. He went to other villages and continued.
He did not stop because home did not clap. He did more miracles in Capernaum than He ever did in 30 years at home.
My advice to you: Stop checking who did not like your post. Check who said, “Great piece, “”Well done,” “Excellent.” That is your Capernaum. Stay there. Grow there.
Why Capernaum Must Grow {The Law of the Clap}.
A clap is not noise. It is oil in someone’s lamp.
A clap is wind that keeps another man’s fire burning. It affirms the carver’s faith.
Anytime I see a comment like “Great piece,” I get the next article loading. I keep my fire burning non-stop.
So, if you want your own fire to burn, learn to clap for another man’s fire. You lose nothing when you praise.
Some people buy a newspaper not to learn how other communities are developing, but to check how many have lost their lives to road crashes. That is a negative mind.
Negativity undermines growth. Be positively minded.
Help someone grow his Capernaum. Share his work. Comment with light.
Follow. Salute another prophet in his own hometown.
How To Keep Your Own Fire Burning When Home Is Cold
- Keep Oil In Secret: Pray to connect with the Great Spirit for grace and anointing. Keep your midnight pen warm. Do your assignment with consistency, commitment, and discipline.
- Keep Company With Fire-keepers: Stay with Kpando readers, not Manyoro mockers and dream killers. Your association determines your motivation.
- Keep Writing Even With Cold Hands: Motion creates heat! You write, and your hands become warm again.
Do not wait to feel warm before you write. Write until you feel warm.
CONCLUSION: Who will you warm today?
I charge you my Capernaum: Whose talent is dying in Manyoro because you refused to clap? Cold hands cannot carve.
From this moment forward, go and be Capernaum to someone! Go and comment “Great piece” on someone’s small work. Go and be the reason someone’s pen stays warm tonight.
Final Thought: “A city set on a hill cannot be hidden – but it can die cold if it waits for its own village to light its lamp.”
I waited for home to clap, and my hands went cold. But Capernaum clapped, and my pen is warm is again. So I write.
Who will you warm today?
