Nanton NPP holds Qur’an recitation ahead of 2028 elections

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) executives in the Nanton Constituency have brought together party members for a special Quran recitation and prayer session to seek Allah’s guidance, support and blessings ahead of the 2028 general elections.

The programme was organised to pray for victory for the NPP in the Nanton Constituency and for the party’s 2024 presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the 2028 presidential election.

Nanton Constituency NPP Chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Issahaku Saha Naa, appealed to party members to put aside their differences, forgive one another and work together as one united party.

He stressed that unity, commitment and teamwork would be essential to the NPP’s efforts to secure victory in the 2028 elections.

Alhaji Mohammed Issahaku Saha Naa urged members to see the gathering not only as a religious exercise but also as a renewed call for unity, commitment and collective action as the party prepares for the 2028 elections.

Former Deputy Minister of Agriculture and former Member of Parliament for Nanton, Alhaji Mohammed Hardi Tuferu, expressed his appreciation to the constituency executives and members for their continued efforts and commitment to the party.

Alhaji Tuferu appealed to the people of Nanton to carefully compare the records, achievements and work of the NPP and the NDC and make a fair assessment of which party deserves their support in the 2028 general elections.

He also appealed to the current Member of Parliament, Hon. Abdul-Halik, to make himself more accessible to the people of Nanton, listen to their concerns and work closely with them to address their needs and challenges.

Alhaji Mohammed Hardi Tuferu further reaffirmed his commitment to the people of Nanton and assured them that he would continue to engage with constituents and contribute to efforts aimed at strengthening the party as the constituency prepares for the 2028 general elections.
