Serious men don’t ask women for cash – Prophet Kusi

Kumasi-based Prophet Daniel Kusi has cautioned women against giving money to men they have recently met, saying financially demanding behaviour is a major warning sign of romance scams.

Speaking on AsetsenaPa with Akoto Mansa while discussing allegations against Nana Yaw Bonsu, the prophet said responsible men do not begin relationships by requesting financial assistance from women.

“All women should know that no responsible man will ask for money from a woman upon meeting her,” he said.

According to him, a man who genuinely intends to build a relationship is more likely to support the woman rather than depend on her financially at the outset.

“If a man meets a woman and he wants her, he always wants to do something for the woman so that the woman will accept him,” he stated.

Prophet Kusi advised women to treat requests for money from new romantic partners as a red flag.

“So if that happens to any woman, they should know the man does not like you,” he added.
