The Accra Circuit Court has struck out a case involving IPMC Executive Chairman Amardeep Singh Hari and Sanamdeep Singh Hari, effectively bringing the proceedings to an end without any adverse findings against them.
The case stemmed from allegations of gold theft levelled by Niharika Handa. However, Amardeep Singh Hari and Sanamdeep Singh Hari, who were formerly business partners of the complainant, strongly denied the allegations, describing them as false, baseless and without merit.
Court records indicate that the matter did not proceed to trial. By an order dated June 11, 2026, the court formally struck out the case, closing the proceedings.
The ruling marks the end of the legal action with no findings made against the two individuals.
