
The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has issued a press statement regarding an impending decision to adjust fees applicable to business operators and all services rendered by the office.
This adjustment is in line with the Fees and Charges Regulations, 2025 (L.I. 2512), which is to ensure sustainable service delivery and enhance customer experience nationwide.
According to the release, the adjustment fee will commence from Monday, 2nd February 2026.
The adjusted fees shall apply to all services provided by the ORC, including but not limited to company incorporation, business name registration, statutory filings, searches and other related regulatory services.
The statement encouraged the general public and all service users to take note of the revised fees and make the necessary arrangements for transactions to be undertaken on or after Monday, 2nd February 2026.
