Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's style of campaigning depicts a candidate with unifying mentality, hence the policy based and inclusive politicking he is undertaking. This style of politics being exhibited by Dr. Bawumia is a mark of a leader who thinks of bringing the people together after the internal contest.
What do we notice in some aspirants and their followers? Politics of divisiveness, sectionalism, tribalism, insensitivity, superiority, arrogance, among other negative attributes. Will this kind of politics unite people after the January 31 contest? Obviously no.
But Dr. Bawumia says to those people that it is all about competence and life changing ideas that a candidate brings to the table but not religious and geographical orientation of a candidate. He moves with universal messages that can be said anywhere without kiosk and acrimony.
Dr. Bawumia's message is about the welfare of members of the party and equitable distribution of appointments to party members across the length and breadth of the country when elected as President of Ghana. It is about how the party can regroup and reunite for victory in 2028.
Having in mind that the party must unite behind the winning candidate after the contest, Dr. Bawumia tells his team and supporters to have a clean campaign devoid of insults, character assassination and divisiveness. Yes! development, unity and sustenance of the party is his priority. He cares much about the success of the party and will not engage in any destructive campaign.
Dear delegates, who do you go for? The unifier, Dr. Bawumia or the divisive campaigners? Dr. Bawumia ticks all the right boxes to leading the party to victory with a united front. Do not fall for any deceptive campaign, stay with Dr. Bawumia. Dr. Bawumia, still maintain for victory 2028.
Thank you
