Hajia Adiza Ibrahim, popularly known as Kubura Diamond, and Head of Marketing at Electroland Ghana, has been honoured by His Majesty, the Yaa Naa of the Dagbon Kingdom, for her outstanding dedication to humanity and her remarkable contributions to the development of Dagbon through Electroland Ghana and the Kuburah Diamonds Foundation.
The recognition followed her recent donation to the Gbewaa Palace on behalf of Electroland Ghana, a gesture that reaffirmed her long-standing commitment to social impact and community growth.
The Yaa Naa commended Hajia Adiza’s generosity, describing her as a model of how successful corporate leaders can merge business excellence with compassion, cultural pride, and community service.
Hajia Adiza, who has gained national recognition for her commitment to empowering women and supporting vulnerable groups, continues to make significant contributions both in the corporate sphere and through her humanitarian work. Through her Kuburah Diamonds Foundation, she has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at empowering women, promoting mentorship, and equipping young people—especially in Zongo and underprivileged communities—with employable skills.
Her latest honour from the King of Dagbon adds to her growing list of accolades and underscores her influence as a bridge between business leadership and social responsibility. Many have described her as a “rare diamond” whose work continues to transform lives, uplift communities, and inspire a culture of service across Ghana.
