The Spiritual Verdict on Akwatia 2025 By-Election

Many people from my hometown of Akwatia have approached me, a spiritual researcher born and bred here, seeking insight into the highly anticipated 2025 by-election scheduled for Tuesday, September 2. In response, I conducted a deep spiritual investigation to uncover what the unseen realm reveals. While the physical ballots have yet to be cast, the spiritual verdict is clear: NPP’s Solomon Kwame Asumadu is the spiritual winner, poised to overshadow NDC’s Lawyer Bernard Bediako. As this by-election approaches, it is increasingly clear that the contest is more than just politics—it is a clash of destinies where earthly votes and divine will intersect.

Honoring the Late Ernest Kumi
The people of Akwatia are preparing for this by-election following the sudden and painful passing of our Member of Parliament, Hon. Ernest Yaw Kumi. We have seen how by-elections in Ghana can descend into chaos, such as the Ablekuma North rerun, where macho men stormed a polling station, disrupted voting, and even attacked political figures including former MP Mavis Hawa Koomson. Akwatia must not go down that path. We must prove that elections can be won by ideas, persuasion, and respect—not by fists and fear.

Akwatia at the Crossroads
As someone born and bred in Akwatia, I have seen the highs and lows of our beloved “Small London.” From the glory days of the diamond mines, when our town bustled with life and opportunity, to the painful struggles that followed their collapse, I know how deeply our people yearn for leadership that can restore dignity, peace, and progress.

This by-election, therefore, is not just about NPP versus NDC. It is about the future of a community I proudly call home.

What the Spiritual World Reveals
As a spiritual scientist, I turned to the unseen realm for guidance. The revelation is clear: the NPP candidate, Solomon Kwame Asumadu, holds the crown spiritually. However, this victory is not automatic—there is a clause.

Here is the reality: the number of voters firmly decided for Asumadu is smaller, but they are deeply loyal and unshakable—nothing can change their minds. On the other hand, the larger pool of voters remains divided almost 50–50. These undecided voters like Asumadu, but many also admire Lawyer Bediako with near-swearing loyalty, making them unpredictable.

If Asumadu relies only on spiritual backing and relaxes, he risks losing. Just as someone with a prophecy of a job breakthrough must still submit applications, a candidate with spiritual advantage must still campaign, persuade, and organize. Complacency can turn a spiritual winner into a physical loser.

The Importance of Public Speaking
I have watched both candidates on Akwatia TV, and I must be honest. Lawyer Bernard Bediako carries eloquence, courtroom confidence, and presence—qualities that easily command a crowd. Solomon Kwame Asumadu carries strength, humility, and calmness, but his public speaking and communication skills need sharpening.

Politics is not only about policies, but also about presence—how a leader inspires confidence through words and demeanor. If Asumadu sharpens this skill, combines it with grassroots campaigning, and avoids the trap of over-relying on spiritual favor, his victory will be sealed both spiritually and physically.

In the end, what matters most is not which party wins, but that Akwatia remains peaceful. Our constituency should not make headlines for violence, but for setting an example of democratic maturity.
