Subject: Demand for Expanded Investigative Processes and Protection of Innocent Citizens from Spiritually Orchestrated and Premeditated Injustice
To:
- The Government of the Republic of Ghana
- The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General’s Department
- The Judicial Service of Ghana
- The Ghana Police Service
- The Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ)
- Parliamentary Committee on Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs
- Council of State
- Traditional Authority Council and National House of Chiefs
We, the undersigned citizens and concerned stakeholders, respectfully present the following petition for your urgent attention and action:
Background and Observations:
In recent years, there has been a troubling rise in cases where innocent individuals are falsely accused, criminalized, and imprisoned, not by clear or verifiable evidence, but by coordinated acts of hatred, jealousy, spiritual manipulation, and institutional compromise.
We have observed that:
- Whole communities or networks, including witches, warlocks, sorcerers, black magicians, and envious individuals, have conspired to target innocent people—especially those who stand out for their potential, purity, or purpose.
- These dark alliances are often supported or shielded by corrupt elements within the police, legal profession, and judiciary, thereby planting evidence, misusing authority, or falsifying accusations to link victims to crimes they did not commit.
- In many instances, these spiritual and manipulative attacks are invisible to scientific or legal procedures, yet leave devastating physical, mental, and social consequences on the targeted individuals.
Core Concerns:
- False Convictions: Numerous citizens are being wrongfully imprisoned due to spiritual conspiracies and manipulations orchestrated by envious relatives, ex-lovers, friends, or rivals.
- Inadequate Investigative Tools: The current justice system lacks the tools and spiritual insight necessary to discern deeper, unseen motives and operations that influence outcomes in courtrooms and law enforcement.
- Corruption and Complicity: Some police officers, lawyers, and judges are either unwilling or unable to fairly investigate certain matters due to spiritual fear, bribery, influence, or personal benefit.
- Public Distrust in Justice: The average Ghanaian citizen is losing trust in the legal system because truth no longer guarantees freedom—manipulation, spiritual sabotage, and financial influence do.
Our Demands:
We, the people, call for the following immediate and long-term actions:
1. Integration of Traditional and Authentic Spiritual Leaders
- A vetted council of authentic, morally upright traditional spiritual leaders and prophets should be legally recognized as investigative consultants for specific sensitive cases—especially where spiritual manipulation or false accusations are suspected.
- These spiritual authorities must not replace the law but be merged with the legal process to provide deeper insights in matters where logic, science, and normal investigations fall short.
2. Independent Investigative Oversight Body
- Establish an independent, multidisciplinary body made up of investigators, psychologists, spiritual consultants, and legal observers to review cases of potential false conviction.
- This body must have the power to reinvestigate past rulings, especially those reported to involve family setups, spiritual sabotage, or known corrupt officers.
3. Protection for the Spiritually Targeted
- Legal protections and advocacy must be extended to individuals who report spiritual manipulation, harassment, or character assassination.
- Targeted individuals should be provided legal aid, psychological support, and spiritual counseling through an approved government-recognized network.
4. Audit of Courtroom Influences
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of judicial proceedings, with anonymous whistleblower systems to report corrupt or spiritually compromised officials.
- Judges and prosecutors involved in questionable sentencing must face accountability and independent review.
Why This Matters:
The right to fair trial, freedom from spiritual manipulation, and protection from false accusations are fundamental human rights. No person should lose their liberty because others used spiritual means, social conspiracy, or institutional corruption to destroy them.
If these spiritual manipulations are allowed to thrive unchecked in our justice system, we risk criminalizing the innocent and empowering the guilty—a complete breakdown of justice.
Conclusion and Final Call:
Justice must not only be done but must be seen and felt to be done—physically, spiritually, and psychologically. We believe Ghana can lead Africa in merging divine insight and legal governance in a balanced and respectful way.
We therefore call on all branches of government, the legal profession, traditional authorities, and human rights bodies to:
- Investigate this rising concern.
- Open consultations with traditional and spiritual leaders.
- Enact a national framework for spiritual-legal justice collaboration.
The future of true justice, the safety of innocent citizens, and the dignity of our legal system depend on this bold move.

ERIC PADDY BOSO
