The Masjidul Al-Eman foundation has successfully held the fourth edition of its mobile Quran competition in Bimbilla, promoting Islamic knowledge and memorization among the youth.

The event, led by Executive Director Alhaji Yussif Fuseini Amuda, drew a large turnout of enthusiastic participants and spectators.

The Municipal Chief Executive of Nanumba North, Abdul Somed Hamza, commended the organizers for their efforts in promoting Islamic education and encouraged participants to strive for excellence.

Alhaji Yussif highlighted the competition's purpose, emphasizing its role in empowering the younger generation and urging parents to pay attention to their children's Islamic education.

He said the competition will go a long way to guide the young ones from social vices and encourage teaching and learning in the region.

Alhaji Yussif further revealed that similar competition has been held in several districts in the Northern region including Savelugu, Nyenkpala, Tolon, Bimbila, stressing that a final competition will be organize in Tamale when number of districts are covered.

Some invited guests and winners, comprising young memorizers of the Holy Quran, expressed gratitude to the organizers for their dedication to promoting Islamic knowledge and values in the community in an interview.

The event concluded with the awarding of prizes to the winners, who were overjoyed by their achievements.

The competition's impact is expected to be felt beyond the event itself, fostering a culture of Islamic learning and memorization among young Muslims in the community.

The competition's success has sparked hopes for more events of this nature, inspiring and motivating young Muslims to deepen their understanding and memorization of the Holy Quran.
