Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim, the Member of Parliament for Kumawu in the Ashanti Region, has expressed his readiness to work with whoever will be nominated as the next Municipal Chief Executive for the area.
The MP has observed that he's more focused on developing the area than engaging in any unhealthy partisanship.
Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim said this during an interview on the Kumasi-based OTEC 102.9 FM's afternoon political show 'Dwabrem' on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
"All we want at Kumawu is development; even in the absence of the MCE, we have already engaged with the leadership of the NDC in my constituency in finding solutions to some problems, and so we will continue this relationship for accelerated development," he stated.
Hon. Amin emphasised that he was ready to rally his support base and support the government to ensure the Kumawu area receives its fair share of the national cake.
