The National Entrepreneurship & Innovation Programme (NEIP) has terminated the employment of all its staff, citing legal and operational constraints as the reason behind the decision.
In a letter that has since circulated widely, the organization directed employees to cease reporting to work by the close of February 25, 2025. According to NEIP, the legal complexities surrounding the matter prevent the use of operational funds to cover monthly staff allowances.
However, management indicated that once these challenges are resolved, they may recall select employees whose services are deemed necessary.
