If only we all hated corruption just the same way we hate trumu trumu, how cool Ghana's world could be

1. Ghana is apparently or allegedly hosting the All African Games. I don't know what or how the opening ceremony looked like. I won't be surprised if the ndc and npp were present. I'm told they, the ndc and npp were not allowed in, good. But so far, there's not much to boast about national pride. No national pride at all. Bicycle racers are complaining about wrong frames, bad tyres, and rickety chains. To top the embarrassment, the organising committee forgot to rent an ambulance, lol! Animguase.

2. We hear at the Oguaa(Cape Coast)sports stadium there was dumsor, dum sie sei, and dum hwe(curtesy Jonnie Hughes)

3. Cathedral site, grounds, not much is happening, but that ugly spectacle is barricaded and heavily guarded. Why?

4. Parliamentarians are throwing their hands in all directions, saying they've realised that their future outside of Parliament and away from corridors of power is dire. Perhaps they don't know that it is the same for almost all retirees. E hard ooo, ayooooo.

5. The latest issue is that the wife of the late John Kuma has come out to refute rumours and insinuations and allegations that her husband did not die of natural causes. She said that her husband did not die of any type of poison. That's rather a relief, reassuring indeed because, at this rate, producers of bottled water would've gone bankrupt. Just imagine all of us avoiding drinks and water at public gatherings and even refusing water from our wives and relatives. Chaiii!

6. How I wish the bill that prohibits boy on boy (man to man) and girl on girl (woman to woman) love affairs. How I wish the bill was signed into law quickly so we can concentrate our thoughts, energy, and our fight on a more pressing issue such as corruption. The thing is, that vim, that alacrity with which our honourable MPs have tackled anti LGBTQ+++××÷×+, if half of that vim was used to tackle corruption, how wonderful Ghana's world could be.

7. In all this, there are groups known as Peace Council and the Council of State. As we speak, the Peace Council are at peace with themselves. And Council of State too don't see anything wrong with governance in Ghana so far. Everyone in our country knows that there's too much thievery in the country, but everyone is happy with it except when it comes to fighting against trumu trumu, then hell breaks loose.

I want to say Ghana is in a mess, but we are not alone. Have you heard reports of Nigeria ignoring ecowas zone currency the eco in favour of the BRICS. Africans, we lost our souls loooong ago. Sad! Mansa Musa, I taya. Have a good week, including you, the bribe takers, and bribe givers.
