Hon. Alhaji Farouk Aliu Mahama (FAM) Will Triumph Over Any Contender Any Day, FAM For Yendi Constituency; Round Two Loading

Hon. Alhaji Farouk Aliu Mahama, a first time member of parliament for Yendi Constituency is lasing his boots to contest the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primaries slated for 27th January, 2024 to represent the party again as it's parliamentary candidate for the 2024 general elections. Due to the hard work and excellent work being executed by FAM, 120 polling station women's organizers raised funds and purchased the nomination forms for him to contest. This clearly shows that the women are being catered for well by FAM and are witnesses of his good work. He understands them and he is always there for them, rain or shine.

As a first time MP, FAM has distinguished himself and creditably discharged his duties beyond expectations and in my opinion, should not have been contested at all. He has grown in politics within a short period of time in that, if given more opportunity as MP for additional four years, he will definitely put the map of Yendi Constituency in a very enviable position globally. He is currently the Chairman of Ghana's Parliament Muslims Caucus, Chairman of parliament's Government Assurance Committee and Board Chairman, Ghana Integrated Iron and Steel Development Corporation (GIISDEC). This is a very remarkable record as first time MP.

I actually admire FAM from afar. Before he was voted as an MP, he singlehandedly constructed a mortuary benefiting of it's status for the Yendi Municipal Hospital. The hospital had been there without any functional mortuary.

FAM as an MP is amazingly performing to the admiration of the good people of Yendi Constituency.

Under his leadership, the constituency is witnessing massive road infrastructure development. The roads network connectivity within Yendi township is amazing. All roads network within Yendi township will be taken care of. FAM is making Yendi township as beautiful as it ought to be.

FAM has also made it his priority to ensure that the teeming youth of the constituency are provided with decent jobs. He has facilitated employment of many youth across the constituency in different institutions. He surely believes in youth empowerment.

In every aspect of the economy, FAM traces of development are all over the constituency. He has traces of development in agriculture, education, health, employment, women empowerment, among others. F

AM is also a very kind and generous philanthropist who believes in sharing to alleviate pain and suffering of the needy and incapacitated individuals. He is empathetic and will stop at nothing to bringing smiles on the faces of the good people of Yendi Constituency. He is a very caring MP without doubt. He is ready to continue with his good work as MP for additional four years.

As I indicated earlier, my wish was for him to go unopposed but the constitution of the NPP encourages open contest. The excellent service FAM has delivered would definitely make the respected delegates of Yendi Constituency vote for him again to represent the party in the general elections and subsequently in parliament. I believe the contest in Yendi Constituency is about competency and track records of the aspirants but not jingles. FAM excellent track record would make him triumph over any contender any day. Yendi Constituency is for FAM and FAM is for Yendi Constituency. They are inseparable like River Nile and Egypt and no any jingle can influence the honourable delegates' choice. The distinguished delegates of Yendi Constituency are solidly behind FAM.
