Hon. Yidana Zakaria, North East Regional Minister, Thank You for the Recognition, Encouragement and Support; I Appreciate

I start this write-up on this blessed Friday with a prayer for the caring North East Regional Minister, Hon. Yidana Zakaria. I have every right to say you care because you recognize what I do for the region, New Patriotic Party (NPP) and H. E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. May Allah continue to protect, guide and bless you. I appreciate every single support and gesture of all kinds given to me. You deeply and sincerely appreciate what I do for Dr. Bawumia, NPP and Mamprugu. You always make me feel more relevant in the political arena. You make me know I have a special talent that many people, not you alone, are keenly admiring.

You wrote this on my inbox after reading one of my articles "Good morning Haj I enjoy reading every sentence of your write-ups. You make a lot of political sense, a rare quality I have seen on our platforms. You are an asset and given the space you can deliver. This is how talents are spotted (not just by me but several others.)" I am excited to hear this from you, our Honourable Regional Minister. I am humbled for the compliments. I take more inspirations from the above-mentioned statements, and I am gingered to do more for our course to getting to the presidency with H. E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as President of Ghana.

After making me know I have a special talent, Hon. Yidana Zakaria humbly pointed out a word a mistakenly wrote in my write-up. He presented it as "please check this typo ‘I implore all supporters of …..’ Not ‘I employ all’

see the concluding part of your piece . Thank you". Yes, he did. The most interesting and exciting thing for me is the fact that he pointed out this mistake even before Modern Ghana published the article. This was quickly corrected to reflect the right wording and meaning of the sentence.

I didn't hide my happiness for the concern and special compliments or praises Hon. Yidana Zakaria heaped on me. I had this reply for him, "I am grateful and humbled for always reading my write-ups". I proceeded to thank him for the correction he pointed out to me in my write-up. I wrote, "Thank you so much for the correction. I am ready to learn more from you, Hon." I also expressed my deep like for his speeches and write-ups. I indicated that "I like the way you speak and write too".

I thank you, Hon Yidana Zakaria, North East Regional Minister once again for the recognition, encouragement, support, kind gesture and appreciation of the good work I do for the party, region, DMB, Mamprugu and Ghana at large. In my last phone call with you, you told me I should not underestimate the impact of my write-ups and that many people across the country especially those in the political platforms read my write-ups and that, very important ideas are picked from them.

In conclusion, I want to use this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to all those who in one way or the other offered to me some suggestions, contributions, pieces of advice, support, etc in the course of this journey and our quest to writing political history of NPP and Ghana. I must tell my fellow youth that my expectations as a youth and Foot Soldier have not been met but I take solace in the fact that the journey we are embarking on is bigger than my ambitions and aspirations, hence, we have to exercise patience as we wait for God's appointed time. The ultimate goal is a universal set and our individual needs and expectations are subset of the universal set, so we need to sacrifice to work towards achieving the ultimate goal whiles hoping for opportunity to fall on our way to the target goal and beyond. I encourage my fellow Foot Soldiers to remain resolute and stay focused for the alternative is still empty, scary and hazardous. We are NPP. It is possible. In Shaa Allah
