New bank of Ghana building, just a waste

Bank of England building, I know the contractor who built it. In fact, he was my good friend 😃(jokes aside). The Bank of England, where all the stolen minerals from around the world, from Sokoto, come pass Elmina to aborigines of Australia. From Papua New Guinea to the shores of New Foundland, all the minerals from everywhere are kept in the deep bowels of the BofE. That building was finished by a contractor friend of mine in the 1600s.

I was there when the England King Kapuepue 3rd did the sodcutting, and the commissioning was done by Queen Nana Oyele Yooyo the 1st. I have given you all the history to highlight something known as probity. The Bank of England is very old. If not mistaken, it will be the same age as Elmina Castle. It is still being used. No one has decided or suggested a new building be built.

(These guys are *tough cookies. They are too clever, they won't waste their money. They even name themselves the three lions. Even though the only lion one will find here lives in the London Zoo). The British, especially the Scots, the Irish, the Welsh infact all of them value their money. My people in Ghana only know the price of everything and the value of nothing.

Instead of putting up a new multi-storey structure for their headquarters, the BofE would rather lend money to other private banks, which will either be used to build new homes or buy existing houses for humans like myself to acquire. I've come all this long. All I want to say is that the bank of Ghana, which is broke, should not use $250 million dollars to construct a new head office. It does not make sense. Such high-cost projects are undertaken when there's surplus.

When you have made profits. Or even if you borrow, you must use it to engage in something that can bring in good returns. When an institution in the public or private sector is broke, you do not build a new head office. You try prudence . Try cleaning up the mess and bring the spreadsheet into tidiness.
