AU, what's the use when Tunisia can mistreat black Africans at the behest of Europe

Tunisia is a small piece of land bordered by Libya and Algeria. In history, they were known as Cathagenians. So we can safely say Tunisia 🇹🇳 is in Africa and they belong to Africa. They are still members of the Organisation of Africa Unity. So with this, what would make the Tunisia state throw out Black African migrants and dump them in no man's land between Tunisia and Libya. Those migrants, men, women, children, and babies are being showcased by Aljazeera TV all as another miserable black souls in need of salvation. I am sure mansa musa is not the only person watching these regular footage of blacks in dire misery, begging, and waiting to be saved.

I am sure African leaders, too, do watch such news bulletins. So my question is, what is the use of the African Union. Tunisia is now doing the bidding of Europeans. They the Tunisians have received good moneys from Europe to deal mercilessly with miserable black people from Africa. And this, the Tunisians are carrying out their duties with no regard to dignity and without mercy as directed by Europe. What a shame!
