The old guards should start thinking of stepping aside for fresh bloods to take over. No mincing of words, no obfuscation, and no need for ambiguities; Mahama will need a younger running mate for the journey ahead. Tell Mahama that his chances of winning will greatly be improved if he runs with a younger male or female from any tribal enclave except the fante areas. I will suggest a young male or female from Anglo, ewe, Ayigbe areas. I know what I am talking about. To whom this may be of concern, please take it in good faith....mansa musa writes ✍️
With crucial 2024 general elections looming, I write to share my well-thought-out opinion on the strategies and direction of travel for the opposition ndc. Unchallengeable fact, mahama is loved by his party and hated by his opponents in equal measure. Baring any unforseen divine intervention, mahama will become Ghana's next president in 2025. Mahama is far, far capable, and he is of decent quality than any in the npp group. So, he, being the flag carrier for the ndc, should not elicit any doubtful sentiments.
The problem, though, is about who comes after mahama, going forward. Natural progression demands that the wise old must nurture the attentive and knowledgeable novices to take over at the appropriate time. In this wisdom, I urge the wise old guards in the umbrella party to prepare to make way for the fresh up and comings. After mahama had finished his term, ndc and Ghana would need new fresh bloods to take the country forward into the new era. The top gurus in ndc should start training the young ones and prepare them for future responsibilities.
To this end, I will urge the very dutiful and intelligent Jane Nana Opoku Agyemang to gracefully bow out, to step aside. This, to allow equally qualified younger candidate to partner John Dramani Mahama on this new journey into the future. NDC has many plenty plenty young men and women from all the different tribes in Ghana. One of such highly educated, intelligent, charismatic, and politically savvy young women or men should be groomed to take over from the 2020 running mate. This is not to suggest that the old guards should have no roles or shouldn't have no place in this contemporary political dispensation. The old guards must accept the respectable position of *"The Wisdom Behinds"* (TWBs). They are to be the formidable pillar of support for when needed.
I believe that after mahama, the president should be man/woman of not more than 50 years old to lead Ghana and take it forward. I am done. Thank you
*_I am studying potential candidates. I will soon publish my choice. Long live the Osagyefo and forever together in the revolution_ .*
