A TikTok user identified as @omaricha98 has advised women below the age of 30 to prioritise their personal growth and ambitions instead of rushing into marriage and childbirth.
In a video shared on the platform, the woman said her experience with marriage, motherhood and childbirth had convinced her that young women should take their time before settling down.
She was quick to clarify that her advice was not based on having a bad husband, describing her spouse as a good man.
“My husband is not a bad person. My husband is a very good man. But, you see, if you are not up to 30 years old, I don’t think you should have any business with marriage. I’ve tested it. I’ve tested motherhood. I’ve tested childbirth. I’ve tested marriage,” she said.
She further urged young women not to allow early pregnancy and childbirth to interrupt the opportunities available to them during their prime years.
“Do not ever in your life say you want to waste those moments with marriage or with childbirth. If belle enter that time, comot am, fling am,” she added.
According to her, women who put aside their personal ambitions too early may spend several years trying to recover the opportunities they missed.
“It will take you years to build that what you have lost. You see that prime age, whatever you could not achieve then, it will take you lots of years,” she stated.
