Why are you unemployed in God's Vineyard?

Why are you unemployed in Gods Vineyard?

I. DAUGHTER OF ZION, you must understand today that the vineyard is vast, and there is work for everyone. No one is unemployed in God's vineyard. In 1 Corinthians 12:4-6 the mandate is clear: "Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all." You are not working in the vineyard because you choose to and not that there is no work for you or you don’t know what to do. In the vineyard, there are some whose duty is to plant: You are an evangelist, a pioneer. Yours is to open grounds. You start things. You are like Paul—1 Cor 3:6. "I have planted..." while some are to water: You are a teacher, a counselor, and an encourager. You nurture what others planted. Your phone call waters someone's faith. Still, there are some who are too weak: You are an intercessor. You uproot evil. You pray against altars holding the land. You are the deliverance labourer in the vineyard.

II. SON OF MAN, it is the duty of some in the vineyard to watch (keep): you are a protector, an administrator, and a finance keeper. You guard the vineyard from thieves. Your integrity keeps the vineyard safe, while others are to harvest: you bring in the final fruit. You gather souls, gather resources, and gather rewards. We must understand that God does not call everyone to do the same work, but He calls everyone to do SOME work in the vineyard. Hear ye the word of God, in Matthew 9:37-38. He says, "Then saith he unto his disciples, 'The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; pray ye therefore, the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.'" Today, the problem is not lack of work; the harvest is plenteous, but the problem is that labourers are picking and choosing what befits them in the vineyard. Don't say, "I have no gift." Your ordination from the womb is your gift. Are you called to the vineyard of children? Go. Are you called to the vineyard of business to fund the Kingdom? Go. Are you called to the vineyard of politics to bring righteousness? Go.

III. MY BELOVED SISTERS AND MY DEAR BROTHERS, the master is still coming to the marketplace and asking, "Why stand ye here all the day idle? Why are you idle when there is so much work? Idle while your community is dying? Idle while young people are perishing? Idle while your gift is buried? Beloved, don’t say no. A man has hired you, or nobody invited you, and nobody gave you a position. You must understand that in the vineyard, you don't wait for hiring; you respond to calling. God has already hired you from the womb. And notice: Those who came at the eleventh hour received the same reward. It is not too late. Whether you are young or old, God can still use you today. Remember that that day will come, as Matthew 20:8 explains it: "So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, 'Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.'"

IV. BRETHREN IN THE LORD, the evening is coming. That evening is the end of life. Evening is the judgment seat. The Lord will call labourers and give reward—NOT to church attenders, but to vineyard workers. 2 Corinthians 5:10—"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. " Beloved, what will you show? Will you say, "I was a member of this church..." or "I worked in Your vineyard"? God is not going to ask: How big was your church?

He will ask, "What did you do in my vineyard?" Isaiah 49:1 & 5—"The Lord hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name..." And now, saith the Lord that formed me from the womb to be his servant... " What are you doing in the vineyard? Remember this is a DIVINE NEW DAY PROPHETIC WORD of encouragement sent forth through the authority and power of Christ Jesus and delivered to the brethren through God's Vessel, Francis Ameyibor. Yes! Paul said in Galatians 1:15, "But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace..."

V. 2026 IS OUR YEAR AND SEASON TO BE LIFTED UP—God has already ordained you as a worker in His vineyard; will you heed His call today?

PRAYER: Father, from today I discover and accept my ordination from the womb. From today, I enter the vineyard—my home vineyard, my workplace vineyard, my community vineyard. Lord, I will not stand idle again. I receive grace to plant, to water, to weed, to watch, and to harvest. Master, I am going into the vineyard NOW, in Christ Jesus' name. Amen!
