Dhyan Foundation is organising a six-night residential retreat in Jaipur focused on the Science of Breath and Dhwani, where Guru ji will personally guide participants through a range of energy-based practices.
The programme explores yogic concepts that extend beyond the physical body, explaining that human existence is understood in multiple dimensions that are revealed through disciplined yogic practice and guidance.
According to the foundation, prana is the subtle life force said to move through five layers of existence known as koshas, enabling communication between these layers and sustaining all life processes. Within this framework, breath is described as the central connecting medium that links the physical and subtle aspects of the human system.
The organisation further explains that yogic perception goes beyond the physical form to what is referred to as the human aura, with trained practitioners believed to interpret emotional and physical states through these subtle layers.
Dhyan Foundation has previously demonstrated aspects of this practice before audiences, including members of the Indian Medical Association in Mumbai, according to its claims.
The retreat also highlights the role of breathing in influencing states of awareness and consciousness, with emphasis on techniques aimed at regulating and refining the breath.
The foundation describes prana as a unified energy expressed in different frequencies, suggesting that variations in vibration account for differences in matter, colour, and even individual human characteristics. It further states that breath control practices, including Sanatan Kriya, are used to help practitioners access higher states of awareness and personal transformation.
The programme emphasises that breathing patterns are closely linked to overall wellbeing, with the foundation asserting that breath quality influences both physical and mental health.
