Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has challenged Stonebwoy to provide evidence that he ever accused him of being responsible for the death of his mother.
The issue dates back to 2018, when Stonebwoy publicly accused Shatta Wale of making comments suggesting that he was involved in his mother Catherine Satekla’s death.
However, Shatta Wale denied the allegation at the time, insisting that he was not brought up to make such a statement about another person’s death.
The controversy has resurfaced in 2026, with Shatta Wale once again demanding proof from Stonebwoy.
Shatta Wale reportedly challenged Stonebwoy during a TikTok live session, insisting that if he made such a statement, there should be evidence of it.
