Ghanaian-American comedian Michael Blackson has praised Ghana, saying all his Black American friends have fallen in love with the West African country after visiting.
In a post via X on Wednesday, January 17, Blackson wrote "Everyone of my Black American friends that I’ve brought to Ghana has all fallen in love with the motherland. We are all one and we love you.”
The 51-year-old comedian, best known for his roles in movies like ‘Next Friday’ and ‘Meet the Blacks’, has been an ardent promoter of tourism to Ghana.
Some of the things that attract foreigners to Ghana include the warm and welcoming people, beautiful beaches, forts and castles that speak to the rich history and culture.
The natural attractions like lakes, waterfalls and wildlife reserves in forested areas also make Ghana an exciting tourist destination.
Some foreigners are also drawn to trace their ancestral roots and learn more about their heritage in the West African country.
