The chef's commitment to excellence shines through in the careful arrangement of each plate brought out to serve the audience and proof her prowess in the kitchen, preparing 23 meals within 16 hour.
Dishes prepared include rice and stew, jollof, varius of pastries, fried yam, banku and okro stew etc
