Kumawood’s Maame Serwaa Loses Mom

This is a sad time for talented Kumawood actress Maame Serwaa.

The young actress has lost her mother, Madam Rose Benson, yesterday after an illness.

The unfortunate incident happened in Kumasi; where colleagues stars thronged the house of the young actress to mourn with her.

Maame Serwaa, Born Clara Benson, started her acting career as a child actor.

She has starred in almost all Kumawood movies since she started her career some seven years ago, reports suggest.

She was ranked the second richest child actress in Ghana.

Clara Benson has also been acclaimed the fifth richest Kumawood actress.

Her mother, the late Rose Benson left behind three children – two boys and a girl, who is Maame Serwaa.

It is obvious she played a vital role in the acting career of her only daughter, Maame Serwaa who is now the most sought-after young actress in Ghana.
