In Iraq, strict rules have been issued for campaign advertising ahead of parliamentary elections next week. Yet across Baghdad, they appear largely ignored. And while candidates battle for visibility, voters' enthusiasm remains strikingly low - raising questions about how many people will actually head to the polls.
